Quality: a cornerstone of the company’s identity

Copcisa’s policy establishes that the ongoing quest for quality in all construction and services is one of its business guidelines. These days, quality is a cornerstone of the Company’s identity.

The Company operates a quality system certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Furthermore, it has its own Quality Manual which sets out the organisational processes implemented to assure quality in all its activities.

Every year training courses are held on the subject of quality for all newly-hired technical staff. The goal is to impart, right from the start, the criteria for the excellence that Copcisa seeks in all its activities.
